About Us
Turkana Needy is a non-profit organization established in 2007 to support vulnerable children affected by poverty and HIV/AIDS in Turkana County. The organization provides basic needs, education, and spiritual support while promoting children’s rights in line with the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
TNC supports 50 children Directly and works with families to reduce school dropout by improving livelihoods. currently over 3500 children and families have also been reached with diverse services based on different thematic areas, The organization also implements programs in environmental conservation, climate change, food security and SGBV to enhance community wellbeing.
